I bought four tires less than two years ago at their shop. It was a second car that I hardly use. When I brought it for the second tire rotation (because of the low milage) I was told that I need four new tires. They insisted I bought the tires three years ago. I asked them to please look at their computer and see that the tires were not three years old and note the mileage on the car which would indicate that the car is hardly used. They refused to rotate the tires.

After having been given the cold shoulder by American Tire Depot across the street, I've been going to Allen Tire to service my 2022 Kia Niro EV ever since. Service is great! I've never been upsold on anything, services are performed exactly as requested, and I can confidently report that directional tires will be installed in the correct orientation. Thank you!

Jose the manager , gave me a quote for several things that needed to be done on a car that I brought in. I chose about 4 things that really needed to be done on it. I was given and estimate, printed out on paper, and was given a time when the car would be ready.Car was ready two hours before time given, which was good...Just a side note, when I first took the car in, to have them look at brakes and such, they rotated my tires, and gave me an estimate to have brakes inspected for free. Felt no pressure at all to have the work done there, which I appreciated....Would recommend Allen tires, most especially Mgr Jose, and his workers that make all the repairs and installations happen. Thanks Guys

I am so happy to have found Allen Tires! I have a trailer that needed new tires and bearings as well as a brake check. A mobile RV repair company recommended them to me and I was so relieved to hear, and later see for myself, that they have a big parking area with plenty of room for maneuvering a trailer. I called several times before bringing the trailer over and everyone I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. When we arrived with the trailer, the service was even better. They were very kind and patient, helping us maneuver the trailer back into the spot where they would be working on it. It's not easy bringing a trailer in for service so we were really glad that they could take care of BOTH the tires and the brakes and that we didn't have to drag it to 2 different places. They were able to get the tires and bearings we needed for the trailer quickly and were honest about the brakes not needing anything more than a cleaning. Thank you, Allen Tires!

Jose met the process of the other tire shop I went to, and he didn’t try to sell me cheaper tires. I got exactly what I wanted. They were fast and efficient. Jose was very accommodating. And when they couldn’t get the sensors on my truck to reset. He ultimately didn’t charge me for the sensors. The problem is with my truck and not the parts used. Thank you Jose and thank you Allen tires for the great tire buying experience.
